  • 21.87% of these users made their first-ever transaction via Nomni, meaning they also signed up to the loyalty program. These are all new, unique users.

  • 15.57% of them made at least one more transaction during the same period, representing a 71% return rate.

  • 43% of those who transacted made their first purchase on the same day they received the reward.

These results show that automatic rewards, even for non-members, are not just a strong idea. They drive measurable engagement and repeat visits without adding manual work for staff.
